The High Performance Leadership Program is intentionally designed to be easily consumable in immediately actionable learning bursts and lessons delivered through a practitioner-focused guided learning journey focused on developing the most critical leadership capabilities needed today. As a result, participants achieve their highest potential with the fastest return on learning possible.

What is the Time Commitment?

One of the many great features of this program is that it is built to accommodate busy work schedules. Each week of the 12-week program can be fully engaged with an investment of about five hours per week. Each includes a one-hour live webinar and one-hour breakout discussion, plus daily assignments ranging from 30 to 60 minutes. (Live webinars are recorded - so don't worry if you miss one!)

In addition to videos, reading, writing, and reflection, participants are placed in a small group cohort where they'll build their network, receive support from peers facing similar challenges and opportunities and celebrate successes.

Who Should Participate?

Anyone can participant, but the program has been expressly designed frontline- to mid-level professionals, particularly those leaders responsible for managing teams or preparing for such a role in the future.

What is the Cost?

The enrollment fee is $2,495 per participant. Generous scholarships are available to participants and volume rates are available for companies enrolling 10, 20, 50, and 100 employees.
